"Run For Your Life" es el segundo single de la banda The Fray en su reciente producción "Scars & Stories", esta producción se ha caracterizado por mostrar historias y luchas.
Al inicio la canción va contando una historia de como 2 seres queridos afrontan una situación difícil y como ambos sufren por el dolor que uno de ellos esta sintiendo. Nos muestra el amor incondicional y por supuesto a no rendirse, puedes estar pasando problemas de salud, en los estudios, en tu familia, en tu economía o incluso de muerte pero vos debes de luchar hasta el final y si no es a vos al que le esta sucediendo todo esto debes de apoyar a tu ser querido y ambos deben de recordar que Dios siempre estará allí para ayudarlos solo clamen por su ayuda con mucha Fe y con todo su corazón, así las cosas serán diferentes.
